During this time when we are unable to gather together and the injustices in the world are laid bare, we stand firm in God’s faithfulness and are reminded of God’s abundant grace to us through Westminster.
LISTENING
We listen to voices long silenced or unheard, and to God, to bring about healing. This past year the Arts at Westminster invited our community to engage with music, dance, art, and spoken word, enabling us to listen in new ways.
Hold fast to love and justice, and wait continually for your God. — Hosea 12:6
LEARNING
We learn from each other to bring about reconciliation. Through all-church book reads, the Families, Youth, and Children ministries, Adult Education, and Social Justice Forums, Westminster offers many ways to learn from others, both inside and outside the congregation.
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by renewing your minds, so that you may discern what is the will of God. — Romans 12:2
LOVING
We put faith into loving action to bring about change. Faith in Action ministries at Westminster continue to create affordable housing, stem hunger, and pursue justice while our youth put love into action during their mission trip this summer.
