“My work is fueled by a love for people and a desire to create experiences through which our community can connect with God and one another.”
Daniel serves on the Westminster staff half-time, with his other half-time assignment as pastor of Grace-Trinity Community Church in Uptown, Minneapolis. At Grace-Trinity, Daniel and the congregation are working to revitalize the church through worship and community partnerships, and to further the development and growth of a ministry that reaches out to young adults from the neighborhood.
“Westminster’s calling to be a ‘telling presence in the city’ has a huge impact for my ministry. Because of Westminster’s rich legacy of starting and supporting congregations throughout Minneapolis, I’m able to spend most of my time at Grace-Trinity, working to revitalize the community there and extending this telling presence in Uptown.”
A graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary, Daniel was ordained at Westminster on August 25, 2013. In the coming year he is looking forward to living into Grace-Trinity’s vision of being a neighborhood home where people can worship God and share their spiritual journeys.
