This Summer, join Westminster community members and our neighbors for Tai Chi on the Westminster Green. Together, we will engage our bodies, minds, and spirits in a gentle series of movements led by Tai Chi master Julie Cisler to increase a sense of balance and connection. Classes are open to all-ages and will be designed to include a variety of mobility levels and styles.
This 8-week session will be held on Westminster Green every Monday morning at 10 am from July 5-August 30.
Please wear clothes you can move in and bring your own water bottle.
Inclement weather plan: We’ll schedule an additional Monday make-up session if necessary.
