Join us for another session of Tai Chi at Westminster. Tai Chi master Julie Cisler will guide the group in a gentle series of movements to increase a sense of balance and connection between our bodies, minds, and spirits. Classes are open to all ages and are designed to include a variety of mobility levels and styles. Please wear clothes you can move in and bring your water bottle. Please note that wearing a mask is optional for participation.
This 6-week session will be held in Westminster Hall on Mondays at 10 am from March 7 to April 25. Please note that the class will not be held on Monday, April 18 (the day after Easter).
