Westminster welcomes two chaplains from Macalester for Macalester Sunday. Chaplain and Associate Dean, Rev. Kelly Stone, and Associate Chaplain for Jewish Life, Rabbi Emma Kippley-Ogman, will preach during the 10:30 am worship. They will share perspectives on religious life in America, particularly on a liberal arts college campus like Macalester. Westminster celebrates Macalester Sunday annually the week following Easter. Presbyterians began Macalester College, and other education institutions, to teach the values of critical thinking, excellence in education, and service to the broader society. Westminster pastors and members routinely serve on the Macalester Board of Trustees as a mark of this historic relationship.
