Quiet Worship is a time set aside each month to gather in a calm and quiet setting around the lighted Christ Candle, the open Bible, and the Cross. It is a time for quiet music, for Scripture, for prayer, and for silence. It is a time to be together, resting quietly in God’s presence.
Many who are deeply committed to a life of active service have found that their journey out into the business of the world is strengthened when they take time for the journey in. And many have also found that contemplative worship must be experienced to be known.
Consider beginning your weekend by intentionally taking time for yourself, time for quiet worship in a special setting.
Third Saturday of each month, 9-9:45 am around the fireplace in the Bushnell Room
