Cooking Matters is a six-week nutrition education and hands-on cooking class. Each week, a University of Minnesota Health & Wellness Extension chef will demonstrate new recipes. Learn ways to make healthy choices on a budget and receive ingredients to take home and practice recipes each week.
The class is provided at no cost but registration is required and attendance will be limited. Participants must commit to attending at least 4 of the classes.
