Great River Landing, Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative’s development in the North Loop that Westminster is backing, has received $14.1 million in low-income housing tax credit financing. Great River Landing will be located at 813 North 5th Street in Minneapolis and will provide single room occupancy and efficiency apartments for 72 adults who have been incarcerated, homeless or unemployed.
